CCP please confirm if we are or are not being given respecs in the future..

12. Spamming is prohibited.
Spam is defined as the repetitive posting of the same topic or nonsensical post that has no substance and is often designed to annoy other forum users. This can include the words GÇ£firstGÇ¥, GÇ£go back to *insert other game name*GÇ¥ and other such posts that contribute no value to forum discussion. Spamming also includes the posting of ASCII art within a forum post.
FYI. 
As for your question, they stated pretty clearly when they offered the last batch of respecs that there would be no more.
Now, they might change their minds down the road but, at this time, I'd just assume that the answer is "NO". |

They made their decision. Or are you asking if due to the incessant whining about the subject that maybe they have decided to change their design philosophy and cave to the tears? Answer is obvious, I would think. |

Full respecs? Probably not
However, when they change certain parts of the tree (ie Racial Heavies) they might offer respecs to the Heavy users so they can pick another path. |
