Since Locus grenades do it to Gallente. Or maybe have a plasma grenade with reversed stats, 135% to shields, 70 to armor. |

The first idea is poop.
I like the idea of a plasma nade though, makes sense as a Gallante nade too I think. |

Agreed, there needs to be a weapon that makes shield suits run. Just like the flaylock. If you look at the Dev blog on weapons all of the new weapons to come out are made to kill armor. |

this is what happens when you have 2-3 different teams on different parts of the world working on the same game
it could be worse though so I can't complain |

nothing should kill shield tankers tbh.
At least that's what I think goes through CCP's mind when it comes to balancing. On the other hand, armor? Give people contact nades + Flaylocks
Skill to kill? What's that? Just blow **** it with explosives everywhere. |

:/ Aye, the whole Wolfman business just recently is cause for alarm.
I'm not holding out hope for balance. The main make or break in my mind is whether Skirmish 3.0 delivers a better game.
2.0 is dire. |

Flux grenades are a nich weapon which opens up interesting options in certain circumstances. I would prefer to keep them they way they are.
The Plasma grenade is a good idea though. Gives more choice and trade offs when picking grenades. Also provides more flexibility to counter the FTM tanking type. |

And while yes Caldari often die to it, but only if they're low on shields or a low level suit. I saw some Caldari take a core locus grenade to the face and just shrug it off. As a Gallente, no matter how much armor I put on I die from one Core locus grenade. |

It is impossible for a locus grenade to 1 shot a shield suit unless it has around 200 shields and 300 armor. Wait... that's an armor suit, nvm you guys can only be one shotted if you use no modules. |

No matter what you so they will one shot you, if you stack armor you will be to slow to avoid the radius, but if you go speed > HP you wont have enough of a buffer to survive it. |

Did manage to get a kill with a flux yesterday night, was pretty random, made me think that maybe if someone is at zero shield and armour and get fluxed it may kill them.
I dunno, it came up flux grenade in the kill feed, makes me think there could be a way to do it i would assume if there was no situation it could happen it woulda just said clone died or whatever. |

Sorry, I just assumed based on the number of times I have been killed by Locus Grenades. Now that I think of it, this usually happens during fire fights where my shields are probably low.
This does not change the fact that I have been a supporter of Plasma Grenades since I first read CatGÇÖs post. |
