it is very easy to work around any limitation CCP sets. The best way to fix this is to incapacitated SP and link it to WP you gain, and ISK you risk; so you can still afk farm but if you play you can get 3x more SP and ISK. My risk/reward needs to be balanced, at the moment the risk of playing is higher than the reward. But the reward of not playing is greater than playing with a risk. For example if I die 2 times I already lost money because no matter how good i play chances are i wont get over 200K isk.

Armor got a huge "buff" thanks to the new plates. Play around with some fittings and don't talk about it on here.

CCP never stated this was against any rules, neither has the CPM members.

- Their corp doesn't care. (many don't at this point.)
- They're not in a corp and don't care to join one. (Just playing now and then for no reason.)

There's also the fact that many individual players don't care either, and its quite likely only a handful will read said list to begin with, plus there are tons of players that AFK outside the MCC and in various corners of the map, this would only cover a handful of them,

There's no quick or easy way to eliminate it, as long as you get rewarded as much for doing nothing than by actively playing, this will keep happening.

Use cheaper dropsuits adv gear is very good for pubs and pull out proto when the other team has it my adv dropsuit with a devolve is only 70k and I usually get 300k+ ISK a match

So do pubstomps, which STB seems to be the worst culprit of it I have seen.A lot of things need to stop and I am sure they will eventually. Until then I will be chilling in the MCC everytime the other team is pubstomping or running 6 murdertaxis,or when I just plain don't feel like playing but want some free SP.

I am not saying AFKing is the most legit thing ever nor do I ONLY do it for pubstomps,I often do it for the **** of it or while I am doing something else.No excuses from me dood.If pubstomps and everything else stopped my ass would still be in the MCC for about 25-50% of my matches.

It's sad really I'm trying to get a ligament problem of the game fixed and all you can do is make excuses as to why your exploiting a mechanic and troll.

The real player numbers are already being obscured by ccp so removing afk would be a killer

No, actually, it wouldn't.

Since we don't know exactly how many people are on TQ from Dust or Eve, removing AFK becomes easier.

I'm betting things would seem more active too.

The only tell would be that you'd see the same names more often.

I'd like to see spawning at the MCC start you in free-fall. That way they want to afk they have to do it on the ground and at least have a chance to getting killed. That and I hate mcc snipers.
