I think it's also determined by your placement on the kill board (so higher means better payout) and by victory or defeat (so winning gets more ISK).
EDIT: and those expensive kills add more ISK to the total pot. |

Im not entirely sure anymore but I was messing around and shot down a few Bolas's and got 400k for maybe 2 kills and less than 1k WP so maybe Bolas's all have bounties. |

My personal theory is that the value of your kills, or at least a portion of that value, is added to a total pot. Everyone is then paid a portion of that pot equal to a the ratio of their earned warpoints to the team's earned warpoints. So if a million isk in damage is done in a match and you earn 500 warpoints on a team with a total of 10,000 warpoints then your payout would be
1,000,000 * 500/10,000 = 50k isk
Mind you, I haven't done the statistical analysis necessary to know if that's accurate, it's just a system that seems to make sense and would explain the inconsistent rewarding of isk. |

What is the problem here? There has never been any indication that ISK rewards payout methods being player accessible.
Why would they even consider allowing it? It would just cause this exploit loving group to tweak the kitten out of everything. The WP farming from wrecking and repairing your own free LAV or running said LAV into an installation then repairing them both has caused all WP from vehicle and installation repair to be removed.
More ISK seems to be related to more kills of late. The higher rewards my friends have gotten used to vary by destruction but lately 1.1+ it appears that kills add to it as much as destruction does if not more. This might be related to the salvage and loot solutions both current and future. AUR equipment also used to tweak the values but I have not played that much lately while waiting out my Skill Respec so I could not say for certain if AUR equip kills change the ISK rewards very much, if at all.
Drop ships have always been junk for ISK payout. |

They might have been garbage fits, for me ISK seems to have a direct correlation with the value of equipment destroyed plus the base "freebie" stuff, and SP seems to be tied to WP. |

I think the payout is from a pool of total enemy assets lost, awarded proportionally based on position of the leader board. So it's not the proportion of warpoints from the total that decides your take, but just the ranking. |
