I think that channel is more geared towards just finding squads. Though they could be helpful, I'm looking for legitimate training channels. I will add it to my secondary list though just in case I don't get many responses. |

'Honey Badger' is a chat channel specifically for helping newer tankers out. It usually has at least 1 very experienced tanker in it who is willing to help out newer tankers, but pretty much everyone uses LLAVs, too.
I've helping build it up for several months now, and usually has 5 people in it, maxing out around 10 sometimes.
(that is 'Honey Badger' with the apostrophes)
People do "LFS" in it now and again, but that's not its purpose. It's alliance-neutral, too. I have people from all the 3 major alliances in it. |

Honestly, they need a Rookie Chat Channel.
Sometimes I look at EVE vs. DUST and I'm like. If they have the technology to do this (Rookie Chat Channel, for example is in EVE and default channels are already in DUST), then why can they do the same with DUST?
Another example is the awesome soundtrack in EVE Online. |

Ds, cant you just make one for players to meet and ask questions, I would be willing to share my knowledge of the games workings, and help other players specialize in the fine art of dropships, you could base it on just that, where a vet could come along and see that a new player needs help, and help them. Needs a catchy title though |

Eyes in the Sky has a group of pilots, not exactly a training chat, but designed for new and old dropship pilots to meet, and discuss tactics, or fly together |
