I've reinstalled my client and yet I still get disconnected. All. The. Godamn time. This is beyond rage worthy now as it renders the game completely unplayable. It's not my router because every other game works fine online. Help me? |

This happened to me but I finally fixed it.
Please answer a few questions and I can tell you if our problems are the same and maybe suggest a fix.
From what I'm reading this is new with 1.2. Is this correct?
Do you have a wireless connection?
Are your voice comms on or off?
Are your local internet speeds optimal (run a speed test) and stable?
Are the disconnects only once you join a battle deployment with corps buddies or whenever you join a game solo? Or both?
Does it only disconnect at battle deployment or when the game launches? Or both?
Is it with all game types?

I managed to fix it now somehow. I just fiddled with some buttons and stuff. |

I have absolutely no idea. I just restarted multiple things, punched a few objects and then waited half an hour to see if it would pack itself in. I still get the occasional disconnect but from what I gather that's par for the course in DUST. |

Hello,
Thanks for your email.
I am sorry to hear you are encountering issues with the game.
I would first recommend you to try clearing the local cache and Saved Data Utility. To do so, follow the instructions provided below:
1- From your XMB Menu go to Games
2- Select Saved Data Utility
3- Highlight DUST 514 and Press the "triangle" for open the Options dialogue and then select the option "Delete".
- Delete the Saved Data Utility for DUST 514:
Game > Saved Data Utility (PS3)> select DUST then press Triangle on your controller and delete.
We would also suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the game should the above not work.
You can uninstall the game client as per instructed below:
- Under "Games" on the XMB, hover over DUST 514.
- Press Triangle
- Select Delete and confirm deletion
You can reinstall the beta as per instructed below:
- Select the "Playstation Network" on the XMB
- Select "Account Management"
- Select "Transaction Management"
- Select "Download List"
- DUST 514 will be listed on this screen, select "Download"
When you have performed these tasks, please restart your console and try again.

ugh i've tried it all and i still get disconects mostly durng peek hours? cause i get around 1pm cst and can get four matches then it starts |
