I was just in a battle, and it was my first game. I tried to spawn in and all I get is a black screen. I can hit the start button, and it will pull up the over head map, but when I hit the start button again to go back to the battle it black screens me. I can hear the battle, and hear myself jumping as well firing , but can see nothing. I do not show up on the battlefield even though I am walking around blind from the black screen. I have a ps3 super slim if that info helps. |

Happened to me as well. I could fire my weapon but I got killed twice.
Start -> Leave Battle -> restart DUST solved it. At least, it did occur again. |

I get this often during a match. When I am in the map screen or calling in an orbital and get killed.. the screen goes black.
the commands still work tho.. hit circle and the respawn screen comes up.
sometimes hitting the start button will bring up the screen as well, but yes this is a bug that needs to be addressed |

I'm having the same problem. I hear the battlefield and even my clone jumping as I push jump, but black. Very frustrating. |

I'm having it everytime I join a battle. This is officially making Dust unplayable for me. |

Same. I did get into the game once by turning down the textures and details. But a second game got me right back to where I was with the map freeze or blackscreen when trying to load into a match or transfer to the warbarge. |

Still having blacksreens on loading the game after the logos and locking up the system with a freeze or blackscreen if I am lucky enough to get into merc quarters. Anyone else still having these issues? |

Confirmed, after about 12 hours I had the black screen on spawn, did the old trick of using the start button to look at the overhead and eventually I managed to spawn, but this lead to the old problem of no hands and hence no weapon either.
I saw a passing tank and got in that and played the entire match out, Could not suicide as I was not alive in the first instance.
Outcome - Reset - 4/7 gaming
