Bear with me.
As we all know now, the Minmatar and Gallente pilot suits will be the first pilot suits to come. I think it's unfair for a shield tanker to be forced to skill into the Gallente pilot suit. Not to mention that the bonus for the Gallente pilot suit is misplaced.
The best solution is to have placeholders for the Amarr and Caldari pilot suits, but knowing CCP this won't happen.
I will not hunker down and wait for my beloved Caldari pilot suit to come out so I can get level 5. I will be FORCED to skill level 5 in Gallente pilot suits for the simple reason of not being left behind and being eaten for breakfast by armor tanks.
My request is a respec for people who have specced into pilot suits when the Caldari and Amarr pilot suits come out. Tanks are serious business and speccing the right pilot suit is even more serious. |

At this point it is imbalanced at no fault of the player. Look at it like this if only Minmatar Assault was available and nothing else whould everyone have to skill Minmatar Assault even though they like amarr suits better? You are ignorant and the actual nub.
I would caveat that the only skill that should get respeced are teh missing ones not the entire toon. Same for vehicles and heavies. I'm sorry but to only have one suit and expect players to dump millions more into another EQUAL suit is dumb biased and unbalanced. |

Partial respec towards the frame/ hull/ turret/weapon in question. That's how it should be done in my eyes.

It'd be nice to have the remaining racial variants, or at least a placeholder for them, but as of right this second, there's no point in skilling into either Pilot suit anyway. It's probably safe to assume they'll be in 1.3 or 1.4, but for all we know, we could get the other suits then, too. |
