As a proud caldari assault guy im glad to see that shield energizers are op but what im here to complain about is that there is no skill requirement.... which makes me regret having shield recharger skills wtf !!!! I hope this NO SKILL REQUIREMENT was not intentional and that it will be fixed momentarily |

Yeah, now new players are able to somewhat 'get on his level', meaning hes no longer as powerful anymore. |

Saw that too,they look kinda better than the other recharges even with the shield pen,they still take up a crap ton of CPU though.. |

I think CCP intended for them to be like chassis mods and assume the penalty was enough.

I'm sure these will go under Shield Recharge skill like how plates go under armor plating skill.
Also wish CCP would make the negative higher to make it a real tradeoff
