Was I taking crazy pills, or was giving us the ranges supposed to be part of the overhaul.
Now all I know is that everything's changed, and there's no indication of how.

* Updated weapon range system to include absolute range (Giving us optimal, effective and absolute ranges)
* Updated range settings for all handheld weapons to allow for damage to be dealt over longer distances. |

If this was a "near-miss" sort of thing in 1.2, despite being promised, why didn't it pop up in 1.3? |

Because CCP has proven time and time again that what they say they'll do has absolutely no bearing on the game itself. |

Well, you just sound negative now. Remember when they took questions about the Vita App for an answer session to come later in June? That happened, right? They just deleted it from the internet afterwards. |
