Think about it: Rail Rifle: DMR-like rifle Laser Rifle: medium to long ranged area denial rifle Scrambler Rifle: adjustable medium ranged rifle Combat Rifle: High ROF Medium-close ranged Burst RIfle that can take medium-long ranged shots. Plasma Rifle: Short Ranged Rifle with high DPS. Has the bsic ranges of EVE, and all has viable roles. So like I said, Your Point?

It just has better range thanks to duvolle and their awesome R&D.
