Logis have no sidearm yet they do use equipment that needs to be brought out and used with as much urgency as a sidearm. Give them a slot in the fitting window that will enable any equipment placed in it to be accessed via the weapon switch mechanic.
This would be especially useful for repair tools, nanite injectors, active scanners, and remote explosives. Making access to one of these via weapon switch would lead to increased use of equipment, I believe, and greatly increase quality of life for logistics. It would make the game more dynamic, intuitive, fast paced, and exciting. |

As noted in that topic, this only gives logis quick access to 1 equipment, which is helpful but not ideal.
Instead I suggest asking for the up, down, and left D-pad buttons to be changed to customizable quick slots since their current functions (map and player list) can be accessed from the start menu. (though I also recommend allowing players to set those as quick slot options as well should any player like to keep them there).
Along with this, KB/M players should also get some quick slots. |

i like this idea, along with the many faults with the nanite injector i have found so many times when i switch to the nanite injector it switches me to my rep tool or something else on the wheel |

That's a great idea. And it would also be vital for KBM players as all things radial are hellishly broken for mouse. |

Exactly. And not only can that spell death for you and/or your squadmate, but it also distracts you and makes you have to focus on bringing this menu up...selecting the thing....which messes with your concentration in the heat of battle. It should just be at the push of a button. |
