Consulted my reliable source to divine the answer to this question.
I drew three cards in a spread, firstly: The Chariot, ill-aligned. In that position it indicates self-centredness or the malign influence of an arrogant and self-centred character, can also signify delays and complications on a journey.
Our second card was the Two of Wands, also ill-aligned. A simple card to interpret, it indicates planning and discovery, when ill-aligned it becomes about a lack of planning and wariness of the unknown.
The last card of this spread is the Seven of Wands, upright. Competition and perseverance in the face of adversity.
As spreads go this is essentially positive as a general reading, in the simple three-card spread each card corresponds on a basic level to past, present and future. The Two of Wands leading on from the reversed Chariot is a quite logical connection. Together they might seem bad but they are both setting their sights backwards for the most part. The upright Seven of Wands is in defiance of shaky beginnings and a rocky present climate, it evokes a successful rising to a challenge.
Less generally I might make the interpretation that the cards are advising caution against ego, be it one's own arrogance or another's selfish hubris, and to remedy a current lack of course, of defined purpose and goals. There will be challenges but none that can't be weathered. Know yourself, know your limits and know what you're up against. With an established plan you can succeed.
Regarding Minmatar Combat Rifles the cards weren't so talkative apart from delays, lack of planning, hesitation when it comes to unknown variables and 'persevere'.
...What? I figured it'd be a better answer than 'don't know'. |

how about any new heavy weapons at all firstr? your combat rifle is one of the ARs already released. At some point CCP said all AR placeholders are in place. So you have had the option to use the Breach (i think) for a while now :D |

Also not very fond of the current mid range weapons besides the mass driver/plasma cannon so there's that too , just my preference though |

that is something i would like to know also but more wondering about the caldari rail rifles and they did say that both were being tested internally like 3 or 4 weeks ago in one of their posts but i cant remember which one.

*shrugs* I'm trying hell I'd take:this is not a set date but we are hopefully going to deploy the assault rifle variants in two months time.
If I got an answer like that i'd be happy to wait , but no straight answer or eta, so I guess and ask hoping for one. |

it would be the allotek burst equivalent, i advise to practice with that before specing in to combat rifle. Im sure it wil have its on tree like the scrambler. |
