just recently past my 10,000,000 sp mark, but I just signed on today and all of a sudden im at 9,789,000 with -246,000 unallocated sp.... WTF? anyone know why? |

activate the passive boost on to a alt and then re-assign it to your main it will fix it with all your sp back that u would of gained |

Hi,
I'm happy to see that the negative SP issue you encountered has be resolved. Our developers are investigating how this issue happens and working hard on fixing it.
We are also wondering how you resolved this issue. Did you activate passive sp on another character then re-activate your main character? Or can you tell me the detailed steps if you used another way to resolve this issue?
It will be much helpful to us to investigate this issue and make it not occur again in the future.

You guys been working on my petition about this for 2 months.. I'm so frustrated that the first time since I joined my corp I didn't cap out and haven't even played a match in over a week. The GMs keep writing just wait a little longer for us to fix your SP but seriously when is it enough.. Fix my damn account already so I can get back to playing the game. This is so #$@# frustrating. |

Same thing just happened to me so here's what I did:
I last played on the 6th, so this is the first time logging in this week.
I log in like normal, go to check my SP and it says I have about 15.9 mil with -200,000 unallocated
I rage for a minute as I load the forums to search for an answer then find this thread.
I quit to home screen and restart Dust.
I only have one character so I made a second and activated passive SP on that one, waited a couple seconds then switch it back.
I then logged into my main and have 16.22 mil SP with 183,000 unallocated.
Very irritating glitch, but at least it's an easy fix. Thank you very much to whoever discovered this workaround. |

My passive SP booster ran out and I went to -250K SP (or such).
I restarted DUST without doing anything else at all. The SP was correct for the second start of this character.
Looks like using Windows over the years finally paid off (did you restart your program, windows or PC?).  |

I've heard a few people ingame say that a simple reboot has sorted out the negative SP bug when they got it. |

I had it happen when my last passive booster expired... just restarted the client and it was fixed. Not a big issue. |
