Noob mistakes to avoid.
Sure, this article was meant for Mech Warrior Online.
Sure, we don't run around in mechs.
But the points it raises are very much related to DUST gameplay as well.
I suggest reading it through and circulating it onward.
If CCP would also take that extra step and make such declarations of their own I think a lot of the lone wolf QQ would die down. |

Again, this is a MWO article but my point isn't to get people to play that.

Pretty good, but most of it doesn't apply to Dust. Just the teamwork thing. Heavies in this game don't suck so bad in 1V1 vs a scout as Heavies in that game. And since shields regenerate and you can easily respawn, there is no real cat and mouse game with slowly sapping your enemy. |

True to some extent.
I agree the fine details don't apply to DUST but the general idea does. Knowing your gear, your weaknesses and strengths, your ranges. Those are all very important.
The main idea is that people should be professionals with what they deploy and know how to work together. |
