whether it's flay locks, lav's or tanks, it really doesn't matter what it is, just understand 50% of this community is only going to be happy if it's AR 514.
take that for what it's worth. |

If a weapon was introduced to the game that was effective as an AR or the current weapons adjusted to be able to compete with AR's then there would be a lot more diverse weapon load outs. But as it stands, the only weapon that you can really count on to get you through a match with minimal deaths and be able to take some one down is the AR. It's not a matter of players being stubborn, its a matter of players will always use the best weapons. Glu's and Gek's, and Duvalles are the weapons of choice because nothing will perform like them. |

Currently I'd have to agree with OP. Chromosome was better in the sense that most weapons were effective when going against AR's. Now pretty much everything got nerfed in Uprising and yer best chance of beating a AR is another AR. That needs to be corrected. |

Actually the problem with weapons in Dust is how CCP just can't balance them properly. They either make them super strong and easy to use, Core flaylock pistol, or super weak and difficult to use, Laser rifle. |
