You forgot to add the stats for new plates in the patch notes, obviously intentional, but could we please have them? Also stats on the shield energizers, since I have a feeling all this does is just make shields more OP and armor equally or more in crapness than they are now. |

Stats don't need to be on patch notes. Patch notes aren't meant to be uber-detailed. |

Energizers increase shield recharge rate while reducing total amount of shielding. Like the shield recharger but stronger. |

I was gonna say, I don't think I've ever seen stats for items in the patch notes. |

In this case they do need to be in there, because it is already known that the leaked stats were extremely terrible. |
