I remember a time when, prior to release, when people were spamming a certain other video game's forums with links to Dust's trailers, videos, and promotional material, and claiming that it's release would mean the death of that particular game. Now here we are, pre-release Planetside 2, and people are predicting that it's release will be the death of Dust. Notice a pattern here? Of course the next new game looks all sparkly, it's all just a big sales pitch at this point, but Dust is a prime example of a game failing to live up to the pre-release hype-machine (at least in the eyes of many people on these forums). Personally, I hope Planetside does deliver. Just don't be too upset if doesn't. Although, I suppose people could just complain on their forums, and post links to the next big game, if they're not satisfied. In fact, I'm sure they will. On the other hand, I also hope CCP improves upon this game, because I'll be playing it in the meantime.

Edit: I am back, The game looks nice, but the forums are bad if not worse than here. Sounds like C4 is the QQ of the week. I also found a few post about people leaving the game for other FPS. I did like that they have a section titled road map. Not enough reason to play, sounds too much of a grind and back in forth endless battle. Dust in my opinion will be more, and that's why I am sticking here.
