I'd think it'd be the most common gun (AR) but whatev... Scouts are pretty decent. Hard to say exactly how decent until all four are out yet, but the two we have seem to have obvious roles, Minmatar is melee specialist, Gallente is a spotter. Pretty good overall, but not meant for HP tanking, not meant for open field fighting, and not meant for straight-up face fighting. That is all.

You sir are a masochists. lol Interesting tho at how many scouts go for the assault role. Why scout? My shotgun can OHK. My Re can OHK. My fused nades can OHK. My six sin SMG can not OHK, but comes close to it, as how fast it works. My complex Dampener makes sure that I can get close enough so I can OHK with above ^^^^. My complex shield extenders and recharges are for the LOL After I OHK, cause my shields popped back up just as fast as it went down. The scout is the snake. as one of the most defenseless and at the same time most dangerous. The scout itself Is a OHK weapon.

No one screams over a heavy, maybe a tank, LAVs ( I am now scared of yellows cars) But the scout. From support with uplinks, sniper removal, and can keep you on the game by distance hacking.

Most of the time I burn through suit after suit as I attempt to stealth hack objectives, sneak behind enemy lines to place a drop uplink, or go after those one or two assault/heavies that stay behind to guard an objective close to the enemy redline. So many games are just sequences of "spawn, run, hack, shoot, die" and two minutes later "okay, here I am back in the MCC.... spawn, run, hack, shoot, die" Everyso often (more and more as time goes on) it's OHK shotgun to enemy 1, 2 and 3.... hack objective and lock it down. Or, find sniper, AR to death.... or run down retreating scout or LAV.... SMG or AV grenade. It's great when you frazzle an enemy bombarding your one remaining blue objective by hacking one of their red ones close to their redline and refocusing their efforts. Scouts have their place and I love 'em. But man it's tough.... if I was the commander, I doubt I'd send too many mercs into the field in scout suits. Just maybe 2-3 of my 16 man allocation.
