I doubt "poor mechanics" would be the "major issue" if the Medium class didn't have all of their suits, but the Light and Heavy Classes did.

Could someone else tell this guy how broken dropships are? Dropships are not about to disappear, they are already effectively gone. Don't expect that to change until they get a viable mission other than "Kill mercs". Ground players will never allow effective dropships as long as their primary WP generation comes from slaying infantry. The moment they become nearly self sustaining there will be a great call for a massive nerf. The player base doesn't tolerate niche infantry weapons, let alone working vehicles.

Like I said before in another thread, let the medium frame and assault users have only 1 option for a suit and see how fast bug fixes and mechanics are forgotten and these forums go up in a "we want or suits and we want them now" riot! They would get them too! Probably within the week!

ARs have all their place holders. AV light weapons have options plus nades. WE have one AV and the HMG

So much downsides to use that suit for those 2 light weapon slots, which aren't really a huge benefit. It's a heavy, but they built it like a fat assault. The assault or logi will win agains't this no problem while using the same gun. As Jaraiya said, as heavies, most of us won't spend a single SP point into this suit. I won't, that is for sure! Lower base HP than the heavy Slower than an assault Low slot qty, even proto can't use heavy weapon That is a class made for the light weapon user, not for the current heavies. And even there.
