Might buy a district for myself to use to bring in people to enjoy PC and give them experience for when dust stops sucking. It would be open to all corps without reason and will be guided by whoever I assign to be squad leaders / field commanders.

So how much?

Any corps that can't afford 160mil doesn't need to be in PC to take a district that is the minimum u will spend. If that breaks your bank you have no reason to be in PC.

So not giving away districts we paid and fought to take somehow shows we have no standards?

It's funny how this community is the polar opposite of EvE, they demand protection and free districts for groups who don't have the ability to get into PC themselves. 'Save the carebare miner I can't believe you shot him!'

For a community with the motto harden the **** up we have a lot of real softies here.

All that said I do support the fight club because I'm tired of fighting the same 16 people day after day. I even offered to match SI's offer one for one [omg free districts!]. The sad truth isn't that the big mean Alliances destroyed everyone and actively keeping them out. The truth is that nobody wants to get into PC atm even when they can get free districts.

For every District SI gives away in Oddelulf I'll cover the 50mil fee that Nikia wants, and offer an IO district without cost as well. I think this idea fails because everyone is all talk an no action. If we can't get people interested in PC for 80mil, which also includes a NAG pact from the top three alliances and the only people in the area, PC is beyond saving because people don't even want to participate at a near free (and risk free) entry level.

If 80 or 130 million ISK is the barrier keeping you out of PC I would wonder about the state of your corporation. If you really are just a team of 16 guys who don't have any ISK save up for a few days and raise 80mil, you'll recoup your ISK in 10-15 days of peace.

To me the ISK is the red herring of the PC barrier. While it is certainly a barrier I think not being able to field sixteen interested and skilled players is the real barrier.

SI has given 3 districts away so far and have many more set to be handed over within the week.

Ill Omens are always good for thier word and will stick to this just you wait and see.

Both ZION and STB want to be on fightclub and need a district each. If you dont give them districts I will have to but that will result in some lesser know but still good corps not gettign districts.

I told people this concept wouldn't work. Prove me wrong dust people for one week from today I will be handing the districts over on oddelulf for free... (Must be your first district)
