Sprint and jump... you can charge while in mid air, and you'll be moving forward at sprint velocity. Land, chop. GG protoheavy. = )

It's always been three. What you are thinking of is the Minmatar Scout suit bonus, which is 5% to Nova Knives and Melee. |

Meh, I don't really care about the proficiency nerf.
The bonus from a decent minmatar scout + proto knives destroys everything anyway. |

It was done though?
I just thought it was 5 % just curious if they gave the knive proficiency the nerf bat that's all.
Yea mine do good as is, just wondering if I should blow another million for 6% more |
