Started in August, 2012.
11.6 million SP
Used both active and passive boosters until I hit 9 million and hit the cap every week. Now I barely get halfway to cap and never use boosters. (Waiting for more incentive from CCP to play/buy more. Lemme see some racial Heavy suits...) |

Since last reset & a few months off:
8.5 mil or so, somewhere in there...
Passive booster always.
Active booster occasionally, depends on how much time I have to play. |

I played closed beta alot, i made my character in january. Didnt actually start playing again till the triple sp week.
i had 3mill sp when i logged in then a month and a half ago, now im at 10mill sp. I've always had active and passive boosters and used 1 Omega. |

Started 4 and a half months ago. No boosters. 5.3 million SP.
Had a hectic month and a half where I never got 'round to playing at all. Think I missed the 3x SP week I sometimes hear mentioned. |

Had passive SP up til open beta (couldn't get on to play after the first 2 games). Started active playing 1 week after open beta, have not hit my cap every week, missing cap more often than not.
7.8 mil SP
Wonder how much anyone that started in closed beta with all boosters and hitting cap every week would have by now. Highest SP I've heard so far is CUBS with around 20mil? |

I started as soon as you could. I have 14 million SP
Some people I know have over 15 million
ive had boosters running the whole time, and ive only missed....... two and a half weeks worth of "bonus" sp I believe so most of the "vets" are at 15-16 million atm (if they didn't miss any time like I did). |

Technically, All SP has to be counted from January 2013. I've been playing since Mid-closed beta (I forgot the date). |

So looking at this data, It's pretty obvious that people who don't boost are at a greater disadvantage than people who do boost.
It looks like folks who boost have double the sp than folks who don't.
I've stopped playing for 2 weeks now (too tiring, no fun because of all the bugs)
But I can see if I stop for a few months i'll be at a great disadvantage because everyone else will still be boosting and capping their characters weekly.
I think CCP should carry forward uncapped skill points so people can take a break from the game.
We shouldn't be playing the game JUST so we can CAP the character every week (no fun there)

Started at the very beginning Mordu's private Legion, didnt play for awhile after the game moved to tq server but ran boosters both active and passive for the time i play.
Would have about 16 mil sp if i played since day 1 of being on the tq server |

12 mil and some change. i bought boosters the first 2 months, and then stopped as it's not much of a benefit after you've got your main suit and main weapon. |

50% more skillpoints. don't fudge the numbers by saying 'double' when it's only half of double. |

Started one year ago (shy two weeks).
13.4m SP
Ran standard active and passive boosters and caped out each week up until to weeks ago. I wanted to be ready for when the game became what we were pommised. It was then that I burned out, let the boosters lapse, and quit playing.
I realized playing had become a job and there was no need to hurry as the roadmap to the game I want to play is years long.
Now I visit on occasion and let the passive SP build up on its own. |
