Is Dust going to be on the ps4 because I would prefer to have a better machine run the game so I don't have to reset before a PC battle.
If So will there be upgrades to the game? As Dust could be expanded without issue on a machine that is not 7 years old.
Would there be a graphics upgrade?
Would i Have to have the online subscription to sony? |

not a dev, but, I could see them building a client for the ps4, might have slightly better graphics, as the ps4 will have more graphical power, but it would be at it's core the same game. |

Dust will be on ps4, no matter how many people say different. Once ps3 has fizzled out and everyone (or majority at leaste) has moved to ps4......then dust will move to ps4.
It goes without saying there will be graphical upgrades and better performance due to 8gb ram in ps4. And all online free to play games on ps4 do not need ps+ to play, that goes for black light retribution, planetside 2 etc etc.
But the move to ps4 won't be for at leaste a year or two after the console has launched. |

There is no intention for the PS4 to have backwards compatibility with the PS3.
CCP will be forced to either abandon, port, or redevelop for the PS4.
Do not expect that, by virtue of it being on PSN, that you will have access to the game on the PS4 for the forseeable future unless CCP announces otherwise.
CCP tends to be once burnt, twice shy, and DUST was a pretty heavy burn. |

Iron Wolf tries to tell us there is a memory leak....he is not good at describing it.
Anyway if the memory leak is not specific to the PS3 then it does not matter how powerful the machine is, you would still have to restart.
If CCP can't fix in a the next two months then we should abandon all hope anyway...long before the PS4 even comes out. |

As a free to play game, it would be best to just polish it up, raise the FPS to 60 and increase the amount of players in the matches so, that it can actually be an MMOFPS. |

Wow, what a unique thread. The creator is probably a special snowflake as this hasn't been asked before and there is absolutely no search on this site so there is no way he would've known this gets asked 2 times a week. Including threads with plead for a dev answer to end the madness etc.
