BECAUSE ANY WHEEL IN ANY GAME HAS HISTORICALLY BEEN TOO HARD TO USE UNDER PRESSURE. Just go to the forums of any game that uses a weapon wheel, and they'll tell you it's difficult to use. Doubly so for a tank. Just lost another one, because again, a weapon wheel is too hard to use. |

Keyboard hotkeys.
Let me assign all the modules to an individual number key so I can turn them on and off individually. I would actually hook up a keyboard if this worked. |

The radial menu itself is fine. It's CCP's current implementation of it that's screwed up (which might be caused by the screwed up sensitivity CCP gave us). In Chromosome it worked fine but now it'll select things you don't even have highlighted. |

it's not freaking hard. Sounds reasonable enough. Might make selecting something quickly a bit more fiddly but unless you have loads and loads of modules, should be alright. |

Tons of people have suggested being able to assign the number keys to the module slots if a keyboard is being used. Outside of that, increase the dead zone of the modules by a lot if using the wheel, so you don't turn on and shut off everything else in two seconds. I've done that countless times because there's such a tiny amount of area to select the module. |

it's not freaking hard. I use R2 and L2 for driving cars. I don't think that would be able to work. |

Most tanks I see getting popped on the battlefield havent died because of problems with the module wheel but because thwy have done one of three things
1) got in the sights of my 80gj particle cannon
2) overstreched there reach and got themselves into such a bad situatuon that they panic and ram themselves into a wall, lamp post, container ect ( thusly displaying their newness to tanking)
3) drive their malitia tank right into the enimy front line like a fu@#ing hero expecting to go 30/0 because they saw a vet tanker do so.
I personally thunk if your having problems with the module wheel then you just need more practice. I havent managed to loose a tank yet due to problems with the modual wheel. Get to know your tank and your fit better then youll feel more confident on the front line and be lees likely to panick under fire. |

I had the same fit during Chromosome, minus one hardener due to the PG nerf. I'm used to the fit. However, it's quite difficult, as you should know, to be able to accurately hit every module you need when you're getting hammered and trying to drive away. |

I suppose it depends on your fit , I.e. if it has a loot of acctive moduals it can be a bit fingery . Im not opposed to assigining mods to hard buttons but iv come to like the wheel and when I fit my load outs I put tge mods in order of acctivation. I do also like tge rush when your getting hammerd and you struggle to get your reps on , make it a bit more immersive think of whar it would be loke to bw inside and scrambling for all the buttons whilst your tank is taking a pounding. |

Are you the sole viewer of this thread? No, but the person assumes I've never done something, even though I was playing when you needed a beta code. That's the best tactic when running a cheap forge gun and AV grenades. Crash the car for ~2000 damage, throw AV grenades, charge the forge gun. |

Start Fit + Free LAVs = bumper cars!
I love playing bumper cars and once it starts all the LAVs on the map get into the game. Probably not that fun for the half a million ISK tanks though. |

Here's a simple fix, once you've gone over what you want on the radial menu and released a button, the radial menu stays in sight showing what you chose and waits for you to press x to acknollage it or o to dissmiss. It'll be the same and easy as hell to use but makes sure you get what you want. |

Not easy when you have no-skill Wiyrkomis heading towards you. |

Left / Right on the DPad?
Or let us ASSIGN which slots on the wheel our individual active modules go? Being able to put my four most active modules on 4 compass points on that wheel, and chose which goes where would rock.

The wheel could have each ability spread out in 4 directions rather then clumping them together.
It is a pain for my logi. I have 4 things why are 3 of the things all clumped up at south, south east and east on my wheel? |

D-pad and x to confirm. That is the best way to do it for DS3. If you use a mouse good luck getting to the NE/SE module/defend order unless you move very slowly. So hold middle mouse 'A' or 'D' to select module/order release middle mouse. How CCP though that the uprising radial menu was better than the chrome radial I have no idea. |

If you really want a good idea but also allows tge wheel to stay make tapping the modual wheel button on what ever your cobfiguration switch between moduals and squair acctivates the last selected modual. Holding down the wheel button will still bring up the wheel . |
