Look at that unshakeable vigilance. Nothing's getting past him.
At the end of the day though afking isn't penalised. For competitive play you want whichever relevant path you're going down skilled up good. For that you need SP. People are banking on Dust becoming better down the line and are either burned out with the current state of it or anticipating burn out. AFKing let's them keep up without adding to the burn out.
Wouldn't do it myself but I find the practice perfectly understandable. I'd actually say optimal, really. Not doing it myself is just because it don't sit right. Willingly deprives one side of access to manpower, makes the short term game even worse to further the individual long term. Won't be getting my active SP caps as a result but will just have to deal with that. |

Yes playing AFKers sucks but we all occasionally set down the controller 4 real life and as long as we all LIVE IN REAL LIFE we may be distracted by it.

I've never "afk'ed" in the sense that I mean to do it but I do occasionally set down the controller when I'm in a safe place to take care of a real life issue.
Looking at the video, you watched him for what, 30 seconds? He was probably dealing with something, if he were truly "afk'ing" I assume he'd be in the mcc....
Did he end up 0-0 in the battle with 0 WP?

I'd have to look again but in the video he had to scroll past people with scores... and I'm sure you could look at the clone counts too. |
