Oh, the actual thing? A few things are probably behind that- CCP doesn't always tank out the suits they use in screenshots/videos The only heavy we have now is amarr- that means high default eHP, but not much as far as slots. Caldari heavies will probably have tons of slots.

Honestly if it was an official gameplay image it would be on dust514.com. for goodness sake they have the pilot suit on the marketplace and we still don't know what it looks like. i'm sure that gallente caldari and minmitar heavies are a ways away guys, keep waiting

Could very easily be dev hax, a medium frame using a HMG. Devs do that from time to time.
