While I can understand your instance in this matter, I am sorry to inform you that after check your account we have noticed that your account has been created in the XXXX, however you physically are connecting from PANAMA.
If your DUST 514 is not working, I am afraid that we currently do not support your country as such Panama is not currently supported. For now, you may only participate in the DUST 514 if you have a PSN account that has selected a country within the European or North American regions.
Countries within the North American region are: US, Canada, Mexico
Countries within the European Countries are: Australia, New Zealand, Croatia, Czech Rep., Greece, India, Ireland, Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey, UAE, UK, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine

That is The most infamous thing that i had seen in my life with customer support.
Thousands of players from outside this countries playing it and they denied refund Aurum or Booster when the Servers fails or the game make impossible to play because some bug.
I make it public because its outrageous and a **** to people from all the countries that spent money and time to me that is something more important than money. If somebody ask to me about a very bad reputation this is it.
Ban from the forum if you want but i will not tolerate this behavior from anybody. This is the definition of i dont care about customers. Hundreds of countries without support.
BEWARE OF WHAT YOU SPENT.

Dude thats one of the reasons why ALL LatinAmerican users (like me)
have their PSN accounts linked to a US address
so this **** doesnt happen
Ive gotten a Aur refund (for a sever bpo) and i live in south america but my accounts adress is in the US

What do you think i do.
But in the ip adress that you loggin says your country.
The just look into my ip and say to me. Latin america = No support.

BTW they edited my post because it just tell the true. And it was not full ticket it was edited i kept a few details from it. |

Not the full ticket just a sentence. Info from the site of dust too. Keep the parts about support on latin american region and the part that says if you physically in other country you are just Jodido. |
