The ethernet cable thing is what made me suspicious about that, my last router essentially started doing this. Cutting out during games, giving me weird error messages. Soon as I replaced the router, everything was fine. Also posting communications with the GMs is a big no-no. Perhaps you could edit it before a mod see it.

If CCP is blaming sony for this error they are either being ignorant or just lying. Glitches happen just like the hard freezes during closed beta, I know what they are doing is incredibly difficult but trying to pass the blame on an issue like this does nothing but make them look bad.
