 Have you checked all your hardware.
 
 Is your router functioning? Have you tried resetting it?
 
 The ethernet cable thing is what made me suspicious about that, my last router essentially started doing this. Cutting out during games, giving me weird error messages. Soon as I replaced the router, everything was fine.
 
 Also posting communications with the GMs is a big no-no.
 
 Perhaps you could edit it before a mod see it.

 I have gotten that error several times, yesterday it happened 3 or 4 times, I know it happens to several of my corp mates. If CCP is blaming sony for this error they are either being ignorant or just lying. Glitches happen just like the hard freezes during closed beta, I know what they are doing is incredibly difficult but trying to pass the blame on an issue like this does nothing but make them look bad.
