A 10 meter long chain of electrified plasma. It's two ends have spikes, that can be tossed and stuck into surfaces. Enemy infantry cannot cross. Equipment slot.
It could be put diagonally across a doorway to block it off or horizontally across a path way.. If you try to cross it you will receive 30 damage to shields and 10 to armor. In an effort to save energy, the chain only activates when enemies get close to it, 5 meters.
You could destroy it by shooting one of the spikes, they have 70 armor.
Vehicles can run through it and will brake them, though, this causes the vehicle to recieve 400 damage to shields and 150 to armor.
The skill would increase the damage that is done to enemies by 10 percent. |

seriously though, sounds cool but a little bit to OP especially since we already have people camping imagine what a minmatar or gellente logi could do with 4 proto "plasma chains"

I know plasma is electrified, though, it can also be heated.
You can only have one plasma chain in your equipment slot.
