SOON doesn't cut out anything T_T This is getting stupid and tiring :c They tell us to wait, okay.. we wait, but not for a freaking MONTH!!!!! If you fail at keeping your promises and request from your customers, your going to F-A-I-L!!! 10 years... smh

If some people were left out, it will probably be fixed very soon as now they seem to have a bug-free respec script. Best move now for you would be to send another ticket or mail to the support.

The problem is that MAG had a Very different SP system. If you remember it was one skill point per level, and at maximum level of 60 you had 60 point's to spend. Considering there was more than 60 skill to invest in You could never purchase every single skill. Here in Dust we have no leveling system tied to SP accrual. Though it would take nearly a decade it is possible for all skills to be mastered. Considering this skill system structure skill choices should be considered carefully and carry consequences when they are not. I believe that constantly available respecs would result mass amounts of FOTM player's. Atleast now it takes a week or two for everyone to pick up whatever the FOTM may be. IMO the only sensible way to allow skill respecs would be once or twice a Year. Also they should carry a significant cost and only allow refunding SP From individual Skills. Don't like Lasors? Refund laser rifle operation and subsequent skills. Decided that Sentinel suit isn't worth it? Refund Ammar Sentinel skill. I would think they should avoid charging Aurum to avoid the appearance of PTW but very large sums of ISK per skill could suffice in making it a significant choice to refund a skill.

If you fail at keeping your promises and request from your customers, your going to F-A-I-L!!! 10 years... smh I'm in the same position, and it's gotten to a point where I've stopped playing dust and started playing another game that is similar to dust but does everything right, as well as have over 30,000 players on the NA servers (the Russian servers have at least 100k or more. And there is also the Euro and Korean servers). Honestly i'm really sad and frustrated because Dust was one of my all time favorite games, as well as my most played (800-1000 hours). Not only that I spent more money on this game then any other because I loved Dust and the potential game it was to be become. But here we are, a few months after release an the game is worse then when it was in beta. Not only that, veterans are leaving, which means a large portion of CCP's profit is going to drop. That's the thing everyone seems to forget (especially CCP), most of the no-life vets spent a ton of money on this game (I alone spent $100, because I thought CCP was going to produce an amazing game. I not going to ask for my money back, I just want CCP to get their crap together and fix game). The fact is, if CCP actually worked on all of the problems that have been listed in this game, and provided us with a balanced, non-glitchy game the vets would come flocking back!!! We all just want to play a team-based shooter, that can destroy COD and Battllefield. But at this point, they have a game that only rivals the Duke Nukem recreation.
