compared to instant battles. . .what is the-
ISK / SP given in : Corp battles ?
ISK / SP given in : PC battles ?
ISK / SP given in : Factional battles ?
I still haven't been in a corp battle or any of the major battle options.
-well, I would be seeking to do anything that would help me
gain more SP, and more ISK to sustain what I'm doing, or want to do maybe - PROTO suits or something.

Oh, while I'm here, How do you guys deal with friendly fire, it's on in PC battles right? and Corp battles? man I'd be so afraid of killing one of my teammates with a grenade, or flaylock pistal, forgegun or anything with splash dmg!! damn. |

Firstly, as far as I know corp battles are PC battles. You get the loot of the enemy and you get terrority which generate passive income in the millions, as long as you can keep it.
Faction battles, give you a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that your helping your favorite faction in eve. Thats it.
So to answer the core of your question, unless your into metagaming, there is absolutely no reason to do anything else but instant battle. |

Friendly fire is very easy to deal with you just blame everyone for getting in your way then watch you back for the rest of the game.
That said most friendly fire deaths I see going on are from dropships, LAV's and tanks "helping" people get about. I still donGÇÖt get why you would throw yourself out the front and under the wheels to get out of a moving LAV.
Anyway actually gunfire itGÇÖs not normally the AR fire but the fattys with HMGs or anyone with nades that do team killing from what I have seen

Corp matches are PC battles - there is currently no other type of corp battle.
SP is exactly the same in all game modes.
Isk is only different in PC/Corp battles - if you lose, you get 0 isk (yes, nothing at all). If you win, your team gets 100,000 isk per death (on both sides) and that is split between all the members of your team. Winners often get well over 1,000,000 isk each per game.
