In IRC a few days ago, a dev confirmed that CCP is looking into ways to solve the murder taxi problems. No dates were given, but they are both aware of the issue and working on a fix.

"Weapon balancing" is happening in Uprising 1.2. So. LAVs kill dropsuits = Weapon = Balancing  |

Murder Taxi has destroyed ambush. Literally killed the game mode 80% of this community plays. Funny huh? 7 weeks still no fix even mentioned by ccp. So continue your sp sink into the logi lav cuz its stayin. |

They are LAVs... the stupid things should be taking damage from everything. Big target, minimal armor, lots of complex moving parts and electronics.
Have to agree they are not making the game more fun to play -- if you aren't driving one. And no, I don't drive one. |

try proximity mines
its a lot of fun to just lay them in the street and not having to care about them anymore and getting LLAVS kills so easily
