I tried to make a female account to balance my multiple accounts with male characters. The 2nd account is a female Caldari and I don't feel right walking down the battle room like some Hollywood cardashian. The is a mercenary battle right? why is she prancing around the floor like some plastic barbie? make her more military accessible, add some weight to those bones. once I learn how to change her appearance I'm suiting her up with heavy frame because I can take this, I spent too much time on her character. |

This is a issue ?
Personally i think ccp would be better of fixing some of the other issues that effect gameplay and the ability to actually run the game 100%
but in time when things quite down i think people should have the option to change things like this as they please |

This is being fixed as of Uprising 1.2. new non-sexy animations have been added for female mercs. |

I honestly cannot believe time and resources have been wasted on so stupid an issue while there are so many more that are actually pertinent to the gameplay.. |

I cannot really tell the female from the male minmatar scouts, honestly, unless I really scrutinize.... but I tend to avoid that since I don't want people to think I'm some weird internet/game stalker.
(although, occasionally I need to get up in some Heavy's face in the warbarge)

Women walk a certain way due to physical differences in there hips and their center of gravity. It's not something they do consciously to entice men or really have much control over. Walking like men would be more of an act and honestly more of an affront because your insinuating that a female walk demeans them.
Instead of seeing their gait as offensive maybe you should move out of your moms basement and appreciate them for who they are and get over your fear of women. |

Seriously...stop telling CCP to do things like tone this down or tone that down, how about saying instead to give the option for character customization, that way you can make your female character however you please and I can do the same with mine. That...and I want to change the colors of my armor, that way I'm not such an easily spotted target on the map...aka sniper bait. |

I used to have a sexy walk...but there was a lot of leg humping syndrome going on in the war room. Now I walk like robot with stiff hands. It's horrible. A little wiggle is good. You should have toned it down, not shut it off. |

Well I think that the main reason that you are having trouble playing as a female character is because you are not a girl ( I presume ). This is a problem because when you are playing as a character you are essentially projecting yourself into the shoes of the merc, hence YOUR merc, so when you are projecting your male self onto a female body this is causing a dissonance between you and the game. It's nothing about over sexualising women or anything like that. ( BTW men and women are anatomically different; women have a wider hip that is more suitable for birth that is the reason for why women walk like that ). |
