honestly the things i wish for most in dust are: 1. A new planet to fight on it could be an ice planet a swamp planet a forest planet a hot planet a urban environment what ever. right now i am sick of fighting on this planet. i understand we actually battle on different planets in eve however all the planets we fight on look exactly the same.
2.PVE I am so sick of the same 3 modes it is ridiculous pub stomping or getting pub stomped sucks
3.cut down on the lag and latency or drop the shaders back down to chromosome levels
4. return all weapons to the chromosome levels just make the lasers heat up within 5 seconds regardless to anything that was the fix for the laser last build. The fix for the tacAR this build is to add kick so that the cheaters with the modded controllers can't keep someone in their sights
5. reduce the lav's hp that just made a thousand murder taxi's
6. bring in all racial variants of the drop suits with a respec so I can put my SP into the minmatar heavy also if you could bring in the medium assault vehicle and the command node this would be great

Some perspective...
1 year in beta and the frame rate is still bad
1 year in beta and now the aiming is worse than it ever was...baffling.

PvE and MTACs.
PvE because that just seems like its going to help the game in general A LOT. MTACs because unlike many, I'm not going to spec into something random then cry for a respec when they come out, just going to save the SP. |

1. PC, needs a complete overhaul 2. Removal or restatting of dumbf**k weapons. 3. A balance between shield tanking and armor tanking. 4. All dropsuit variants released, to stop respecs, this goes for vehicles also. 5. The Duvolle AR to look 100% different from the militia AR, Repeat for all weapons. |

Ice planets are already in 1.2 ain't they? They're adding more planet types over time though, they've confrurmed that. |

Since you doing 6, I'll do 6.
In order of priority
1) Weapon Balance, bugs and general housekeeping
2) More Maps & Interiors
3) All the races got thier base weapons. Sidearm, Assault Rifle, AV weapon.
4) All the races got thier base armours.
5) PVE
6) More open world that makes sense and isn't arbtrary teleporting around with no explaination about how we got thier. MMOs are supposed to be a simulation of a virtual world. Right now it feels like a trial copy of the multiplayer portion of a AAA title. |

4. Some sort of team balancing matchmaking, not that if you're a vet the game will only find vet for you, but just like it splits vets and newbies equally in both teams. Rumors are about gear-based MM so it would work if the game adds up the Meta Level of all your pieces of equipment (I guess it should pick your best available fitting) and compare it to other players' gear before putting you in one of the 2 factions. |

They have actually announced during E3 that they would be reworking the current matchmaking system, which is currently based off of an ELO rating. This doesn't really work unless everyone is using the same gear, which is obviously not the case. IIRC, during E3, they said that the new system would incorporate gear useage into matchmaking. How, exactly, I haven't the foggiest idea, but know that this item on your wishlist isn't coming SoonGäó, but soon. |

HMG needs some work...
1) Tripod for HMG.
2) 20 percent increase in damage if your defending a objective
3) Take away changing HMG mag and increase heat build.
4) suppression affect on enemies when shot at with HMG.
5)duel HMG.
6)change weapon when HMG is overheated.
7)HMG should do more damage to LAVs.
8) Heavies melee should be a kick that knocks back players.
9)Heavies HMG should/could be used as a shield when under fire, giving a 20 percent reduction to damage.
10) pressing both R3 and L3, makes the heavy throw his weapons at the enemy.
11) heavy stomp when above an enemy.

Well first, giving us fighters is an obvious one, but
- Separate the main gun from the driver's seat in HAVs, then buff them. Railgun snipers won't be as effective anymore
- Buff small turrets
- Put maps elsewhere on the districts. I'm zooming out and seeing a TON of room, but the "new" maps are mainly just new versions of the old valleys.

1): Defender versus Aggressor facility defence. Attacker must seize a control room or blow the power generators. Verticality, map design that encourages dropship use and enables HAVs to have great sway in pushing forward or holding the line, depending on side. The objective must be defensible and vital, if it's taken it's all over. If it needs to make sense let's just say it's an AA installation, being taken down allows immediate reinforcements to swoop in. This is just one example, what I'm getting at is just a game type that promotes a wider team dynamic and integrates more playstyles and roles into the game proper, vehicular ones in particular.
2): Actual EVE tie-in. Planets and their districts offering major assets to both sides. EVE capsuleers can currently do orbitals but it'd be good if mercs could also kick back. Take the above game-mode, it could be centred around a surface-to-space weapons battery. As long as the district is held it's less safe for enemy ships to operate in orbit. Merging economies satisfactorily is a hell of a job though. Pretty much goes without saying that PRO and ADV will need to be less readily available even if it does cause backlash.
3): Performance, stable fps and servers etc.
4): Better new player experience, lower the entry hurdle where possible. Solid tutorials and suchlike. Matchmaking. PvE. Extending a little further from that make it so there's visibly something for them to want to join in on when it comes to the wider aspects of Dust, the MMO parts we don't really have functioning yet.
5): The rise of niche weapons. I want to see greater weapon variety on the field, more lasers, more mass drivers, plasma cannons, shotguns etc. ARs couldn't be less interesting or dynamic if they tried, large magazine automatic with no real recoil that's good at all ranges up to mid-long. |

1. Losing side in FW or PUB match should see a reduction of ISK SP and 0 loot. Regardless of boosters.
2. Market integration with EVE.
3. More maps.
4. Removal of skill point cap. There will always be a gap between casual and hardcore players.
5. Cross hair or trajectory analysis for nades.
6. Mtches based on KDR.
7. Pre made squad matches only.

In no particular order...
1) fix nanite injectors. 2) HUGE performance issues 3) Stability issues 4) voice chat or proximity voice chat for teammates or something 5) War points for back-hacking 6) EVE-DUST connectivity. Seriously. My EVE wallet is about 1000x bigger than my Dust one. Give me a reason to unlock protogear and go nuts. 7) More EVE-DUST connectivity on teh FW side. 8) PVE. Plenty of ways to get it into the game, plenty of reasons to have it. I accept that this would be a lot of new content to introduce and prepare, and that core gameplay needs critical improvements first. 9) NEW PLAYER EXPERIENCE. How did CCP drop the ball on this one SO HARD???? It took like 5 years before they realized a comprehensive NPE was essential to player retention in EVE, and another 1-2 years to put one in, yet they've gone and made the exact same mistakes again with this game. This one really boggles the mind. 10) Fix item info screens, put more info on them, something. A lot of times I'm looking for basic info and its not available. A little box could appear that could change colors to show if your skills are being applied at the time, or if the module is being affected by other modules currently fit. Also... 11) OPTIMAL RANGES FOR WEAPONS... good god this is super-critical info to have, particularly as its one of the key advantages of switching gun-types within a class. Yet the only place to find it is a threadnaught on the forums. This is absurd, and it makes the sharpshooter skills confusing. What the hell is "dispersion?" anyway? Is it like optimal/falloff ? 12) Isk/Aur prices when buying from the market place within the fittings screen. Not having them obvious is dumb. 13) For the love of God, please take "GET AUR" off the top of every menu in the marketplace. Believe me, CCP, you don't need this there; people can find out how to buy aurum when they want it. The F2P microtransaction model walks a fine line, and this is slightly on the wrong side of it. Why do I mind something so minor? Because if I accidentally click on it, the game freezes in order to load up the playstation store. I misclick results in a 15 second delay. This is really, really annoying. 14) Same 3 lines of "get aurum" dialogue in the lobby. Keep the aurum dialogue, but this would be a great place to put some more immersive/flavorful audio. Get someone that writes chronicles to come up with some ideas, maybe make them relate to the system being fought over or the two NPC corps doing the fighting. |
