How many People find it unplayable nowadays? I play many matches and it mostly works for me, but for others that play it, can you just add your voice in, and post how often you play PC matches and whether they have game breaking lag, spotty lag, or no lag, and how often you experience this? For example, I play pc about 4-6 matches a day, and assuming I do a hard restart beforehand I rarely have game breaking, must leave game lag. I get spotty hit detection sometimes, but other than that I enjoy fighting all my opponents and having fun. Playing all the people participating in PC is what is keeping me interested in the game.

Let me just add that I've yet to make it through a PC match where I didn't experience game breaking slideshows and lag, and where at least 1 in 3 players didn't have to either sit the match out, got kicked from the server, or just had terrible framerate/lag/hit detection problems.

And yes, we all shut down and restart prior to PC matches. Doesn't help.

First off there are 2 things that break the game:
FPS/framerate issues (like you sponge back and forth or animations getting skipped etc.)
horrible lag (game itself runs smoothly but it takes ages to a shot register, sometimes it doesnt hit at all)

These are 2 technical different issues and 99% of the players here are referring to framerate issues and not actual lag in the game (though if you shot a railgun 6 times in a row and nothing happends you know that it is screwed up). Im sick and tired that people are claiming that its the same thing.

I could go all day without having to reset, but once I get a map like skim junction or the city, I'm forced to guard the MCC because those stages are utterly unplayable for me at least half the time.

I see framerate getting boggy in the clustered areas... when the fight is in the city on a map this is very prevalent.

Lag, not so much aside from when playing against opponents from other servers, and even then only when the match is hosted on their server.

US v US it gets choppy at times in the highly populated, condensed areas, and also if I don't reboot in between matches. the other day.. no time and a corp needed my help. left a pc to go straight into another... MEGAlag... choppy mics, damage dealt up to 2 seconds after I shoot.. halfway thru I got booted

Lag has never been too great an issue for me. City map occasionally is subject to memory leak, at which point I consider it an achievement if I can manage to turn around in less than a minute.

Darting into close quarters and a throng of several players makes frame rate chug unsteadily. Not so good when trying to be a nippy shotgunner.

you go nerfing tanks and pc will put me to sleep..actually ..i mean im not a slayer but from a logi/av POV pc seems fine incredibly laggy for others..ive seen some youtube videos that apall me but personally i dont lag in it...and hit detection for pc is better for me than pubs.....new patch will fix awoxin and make it hell of easy to ring...i think they're are major issues with the way the timer work but they are working on it at least that what my ticket response said..

So far I got 17 saying it works with minor to no problems and 5 that have had game breaking problems consistently and Sota Pop We also continue to hear reports that people hear of other people from inter-regions having mad lag (TSOLE, CRONOS)

Aww sorry you get bad lag dude, I agree it sucks to have to reset beforehand to play it. So i'm guessing you reset every match beforehand, do you play matches after you've reset prior to playing the PC match? Who was your last pc opponent if ya don't mind me asking? Yesterday? Week ago? We had a game breaking experience the other night, my squad members kept getting booted from battle, lag issues etc... It lost us the game cause we were only able to run about 13 mercs due to the people getting bumped.

I will also say that this isn't an every PC battle type of thing.

I may not be the best judge as I've only played about 7-8 PC battles in total but out of those, only 1 was bad from a server standpoint.
