I only play this game anymore when I see some friends online playing it....TBH CCP slowly ruined the core gamplay while hoping that additional weapons/suits would make up for the bad gameplay. They had a good idea....But they have the worst implementation of that idea I have ever seen.

This compared to a good dev like Naughty Dog.....Last of Us on release day is found to have a bug with autosave feature....within hours of release the Devs note that this problem was reported and they were looking into it. Only a couple hours later they figured out what the issue was, how to fix that issue, and had already implemented that fix. All this in a couple hours. Imagine if that was CCP. Not only would they have not been communicating....but we would be lucky to see a fix for this issue in 6 months. They would say fix is coming out Soon TM .

Player count is dropping because CCP is not making good on the core concept of this game the Dust-Eve connection. I'm sorry to keep harping on this and I know that the term "released" means nothing to CCP, but their staff economist that they like to brag about should be fired for not having a roadmap for connecting the economies worked out from day 1. Building WP for orbitals in PC is also dumb, if we had an actual connection then orbitals would be Eve pilot only in PC and be limited by super expensive ammo Eve side. Don't have an Eve side, hire capsuleers for your PC battle.

Seems to me CCP is making too many decisions out of fear, they are afraid to require Eve support because it might anger some of the FPS player base here that they can't do everything themselves. They are afraid to require Dust support to do things Eveside because the PC master race might get upset needing console jockeys to do things. First they sell us (and the gaming world) on inter connectivity of these games, but then they decide that each game must be able to stand alone. To me that reeks of cowardice on a level usually reserved for politicians.

It is dropping because people are tired of getting a disconnect message EVERY SINGLE MATCH ON THIS GAME AND THIS GAME ALONE. I know everyone isn't experiencing this, but many of us are and it is beyond frustrating. I don't think I will even hit my sp cap this week and I refuse to sit here for hours just trying to complete 1 match. Between this and the lag when we can play, it has completely ruined our experiences.

I'm also fairly certain that if people could actually log in and play without these game breaking problems, the forums would be a much nicer place.

either way CCP dog ****** and now the vets are sick of the BS, Dust literally killed my PS3, Before i played dust I played Killzone 3 now my PS3 is fried and won't even connect to PSN because of Dust
