Trolls and QQ and doomsday threads bury any positive feedback or advice for Dust. Now is a great time for the CPM to step up their game and try to mitigate this shiitstorm as much as possible. I know many players think you're a joke and openly wish ill things upon you but something needs to be done. It's going to difficult because the devs will do what's the devs do and you can't change that. Promises and reassurance only go so far but its better than nonstop hostility. We cannot allow the forums to stay so volatile. Its hurting dust more than problems with game play. New players who come to forums think we hate the game and we're just biding our time for other releases. Old players are embittered and discouraged from the same old posts. Goodluck.

There are players who will for all time remain, hostile to the CPM/CSM. There are also players for whom all time also believe that the CPM/CSM is useless.
