Probably you guys have different teams one working on the ps vita app another on the main game. I know that you promise a ps vita app and I have a vita and i really would like to see this app for Dust514 but seriously, you are working on the PS Vita app when the main game (PS3) have lots of issues. Why in the world i would want to have the PS Vita app when i can't enjoy the main game? |

Different teams work on the PSVita Neocom app. So don't worry. |

as i think i understood, from the vague and loose wordings of the fanfest feeds, i thought the team working on vita app was also the team incharge of things such as websites and API, meaning they do very little in the way of 'fixing the game' ... so even if they were to STOP developing the vita app, the game wouldnt get any better any faster...
though i do feel that there would have been better applications of the resources and production time than a vita app... seems like a marketing driven deal with sony... |

You are right that there are various teams working on different parts of Dust. But just remember that each team works at a different pace and the CREST API needs to be fine tuned to be able to work properly. Keep in mind that the API system is critical even for Eve Online players because every third-party app (Eve-Fitting Tool, EveMon, Aura for Android, etc.) rely heavily on the API system. |

the API system isnt only important to third party apps, but also first party apps, such as the EVE Gate system, which allows you to check mails without logging into the client. and now to inclue the Vita neocom.
also, arent market stats also tracked by the API? as well as all of the sov claims content?, kill boards i know for a fact are part of the API. prettymuch EVERY bit of information in that game is accessible via API, it seems like it is one of the largest aspects of the game, information, in some form or another. metrics, stats, records, however you want to name it, seems to be one of our favorite passtimes... that and spreadsheets...*dramatic effect*...
