There are people awaiting skill respecs and all they get is a blank post saying 'our attention is diverted to other stuff'. You don't even give a date or an estimate for when they could get one. It has been almost a month since everyone else received theirs'. You are also not keeping us informed about what you plan to do in the future, all we got was a silly video boasting about the non-existent connection between EVE and Dust, not to mention the lack of a mention of the new patch. I do not want two new dropsuits, I want this game to be fixed, I want you to hire a proper person who can mechanise this to a stable FPS. You're already losing customers, the review on IGN should be a sign of your inadequacies... That 5.8 is going to stay with you forever, and the 'good reviews' are basing it entirely on future opportunity. But you're not telling us anything at all, you could at least tell us when you plan to fix this game, or that you're working on it. The game is laggy, boring and has dull graphics and gameplay. Fix it already, it is stupid to call this a 'release'. So please adhere my suggestion and actually form a link between the community and the developers, you're leaving us in the dark with a broken game. TELL US WHAT is going on, TELL US what you're planning to do. Stop making lame announcements on Twitter about 'how good the game is' and tell us something useful, tell us your 5 year plan, show us a timetable of updates and new features over the next year, keep us informed about the glitches which ruin this game, tell us that you've acknowledged the fact that your metascore is 59% instead of feeding us with '9/10' reviews on some blatently biased reviewer. You promised us the most anticipated / most valuable FPS MMO of the new generation, you have shown us your potential but you're so slow in making it live. This game should remove the 'released' statement and set a new date when the clear glitches are fixed and when the game is fun... Sort your company out, now!

But what are they doing? They are boasting about how some odd reviewers give 9/10.. They are adding two new random dropsuits, but not mentioning the fixes for the launcher hanging, the crashing/freezing I get so often, the graphical failures and drops in large maps, the obvious problems such as the sudden 'postponement' of the skill respecs.

I think Delta 749 was being sarcastic ....Just saying .. But yes, i agree they don't deserve any slack. The time for "Patients and Understanding", finished as soon as the game was "Officially Release".
