I run my caldari LLAV with shield transporter for HAV and LAV shield repair support. Twice now i've gotten shot out of my vehicle and returned to it in time to keep driving it. When i went to target the HAV id been following for shield rep, my LAV locked up and completely stopped. As i was still visible to enemies i began taking fire. After getting out of the LAV my clone would run around at an incredibly fast paced, as if i was lagging, but i wasn't lagging. got my LAV blown up twice because of this hard freeze. once i was able to recall it, though i could not move it at all if i got in.
also... i'm not sure if this is a bug, but it certainly seems like the game does not want me to use my LLAV for actual team support. shield rep for HAV and LAV receive no WP even though at the end of the match it says i've repaired over 5000HP. do you want me to keep running people over, as that is the only way i can get points? infantry rep is a frikken burden. I'm glad i chose to do LLAV on my alternate account it would have been a huge disappointment to discover the LLAV is practically useless at reping infantry. i like the range of the repper but for it to instantly cut off when my team ducks behind cover? and then to not be able to re-engage it after the crazy long cool down period? that just makes using the shield rep more trouble than its worth.
vehicle rep is fine other than the fact that we get no wp. IMO make the infantry rep able to pass through thin walls or box-like-objects at the very least. if you dont want to reward us with wp fine, but make us more able to provide support for those that can get wp such as the infantry we are trying to support. otherwise the only way i make money is murder taxi. that seems like its a bug. |

I've noticed this as well, where if an enemy hacks my Charybdis, it would at some point freeze up. I can't do any damage to the driver, and it seems as if he is still driving around and it's simply my client that is bugged. |
