The Commando suit was going to be the Gallente specialised heavy suit, and the green camo supports this assumption. The submachine gun and sniper rifle are also the wrong way around for light weapon slots and sidearms slots normally, indicating that there are two light weapon slots. Additionally, the slot layout is different to anything we currently have.

I would prefer doing my redline sniping with a Logi filled with armor plates and some nanohives. Edit, on a good note, the MD splash damage look to be working at 1:06
