I feel like passive SP isn't being credited to a new character on a different PSN at all. Has anybody made a fresh character on a different PSN? It shows that it's active, but the unallocated hasn't changed since the last time I used it. |

what do you need multiple accounts for on one system, they give you 3 slots. It is possibly a preventative measure to keep people as limited as they can per system on how much they could potentialy farm. just a guess. |

Because it's my system and I'll do as I please with it. If I want to use the HDD for home movies instead of games, I'll do that. We already have too many people just watching shows on it. If I want to have 15 different accounts, I'll make more. |

Create a second alt on that other PSN and switch the passive SP back and forth between them and see if that activates it. |

that is how you fix the bug. It did it to me the other day as well. Just make a second character.. switch active sp to new character then switch it back. You do not have to log onto this character to get it working. Just switch to it and back to main character. |
