DUST may be programmed for the PS4 sometime in the future, but for at least the first year (or 2) DUST on PS4 will be the PS3 version ported to the PS4 through GAIKAI, a cloud based gaming service partnered with SONY. |

 Unreal Engine 3 works out of the box on both, but what is hoped for is that Unreal Engine 4 will allow CCP to continue where they left off. So almost certainly yes.

No. The majority of gamers are going to be still on PS3. Also, why should they consider PS4 when the game still isn't fully realized yet?
