Just out of curiosity, are dropsuits like the assault dropsuits going to to be getting adjusted so they are actually better than the basic one or are they staying as is? |

Guess ill stop wasting my precious SP on specialized suits from now on. Thanks for the response. |

I actually like that bonus, wish it was 10% per levels.
I think the main problem is CCP shy's away from percentages larger than 3% rarely.
For instance: The Cali Assault get a 2% Bonus to Hybrid Weapon reload speed, like that is desirable, Simply bumping that to 5% per level would make it much more desirable. You could max out your hybrid weapon of choice Reload Skill and get a whooping 50% Reduction to reload speed, now that sounds nice.
The Amarr 5% reduction to laser weapon heat build up needs to be at least 10% per level.
I believe the Gallente suit needs a new skill entirely
and I've already said the Minmatar suits skill needs to be 10% per level. |

I'm not sure what you don't like about the Caldari one and the Minmitar one is great if you choose the proper sidearm for it. It not so much the bonuses that I do not like, its mostly that there just is not enough to differentiate the types of dropsuits. For instance if I was in a medium logitsics suit I should be slow and lumbering be able to take a beating, this gets me into the fray to keep someone else up and running but keeps me from being able to dodge bullets like a medium assault suit should. Your basic suits are the middle of the road, they help new players get into the action and do just about anything, its like going to the dealership and testing out what car you wanna drive before you actually drop your money on the table for it. If I am spending my SP on specialized dropsuits I should be getting more than just 2 passive skills that do little to enhance the actual role of the suit. 5% bonus per level to the clip size of sidearms? Don't get me wrong it's nice and all, but I think the Devs can do way better. |

The real question is, which suit is really nerfed? the Assault suit for being similair to the medium basic frame? or is it the Medium basic frame for being similair to the assault suit but without the role buff? |

Woah woah woah, the +5% clip size is my favorite bonus. That's CLIP size not ammo. Meaning the flaylock can get an extra bullet, or you can bring the pistol from 12 to 15 shots.
The SMG can go up to 100 rounds in clip at once!
I love the clipsize bonus, the only thing better would be +5% light weapon clip size instead of side arm to be fair. |

Amarr and Minmatar assaults' racial bonuses are spot on but the Caldari and Gallente need better bonuses and the assault bonus for all suits need to be race specific. Gallente and Minmatar scout need a buff to their suit bonus along with the Gallente's scanning bonus and the Sentinel is useless until Amarr heavy weapons are available. Logi suits are fine, but the Caldari's racial could be toned down to 2~3% per level or made so it doesn't stack with the shield extender bonus. |

Personally I feel a drop suit skill book should affect a drop suit, not the weapons it uses, just saying. |
