DUST Fiend OSG Planetary Operations Covert Intervention 3565	Posted - 2013.06.09 14:22:00 - [4] - Quote I use Assault Rifles with my Heavy I actually did that preemptively based off of something Iron Wolf said in passing a few times before, that we will get a Commando heavy that can use two light weapons at the cost of speed (which doesn't...really....make...sense?)...plus, ARs are so much better than HMGs lol. The reduced turn speed is kind of a ***** with aiming in close, but it hasn't limited me too much.

Not saying to increase our sprint speed, but the lack of ANY OTHER racial suits comes into play here. We can't close the gap fast enough sometimes. - The Unbalance of suits: lolCaldariLogi...having more shields than a heavy with more mobility. Just cuz people have complaints about the suit / class doesn't mean they don't know how to use it. I'm not calling for a buff... but yeeeaaaa... CQC weapon + slow turn speed...luuulz

And AR users should only win fights over 40 meters anything shorter then that and their weapons don't work. But the heavy suits should only have one play style.

But the heavy suits should only have one play style. call of duty mode aka ambush is noob grounds its not worth the isk or sp if your running a heavy in ambush .... your doing it wrong i run my blue print freebies if i even think of running ambush

While the range is terrible, I think it has a lot to do with the ridiculous cone of fire. It's so inaccurate it took me 200 rounds to destroy an uplink.

Kaios Family SVER True Blood 27	Posted - 2013.06.09 18:52:00 - [20] - Quote yo only real issue with the heavies is that we are limited to one race. others have the option to go shield, armor, or a balanced shield,armor. we are limited to armor only witch forces us to play slow moving D or call in lav's and run people over you moved youre dead tac and snipers are going to cut you down before you get ten feet ... and im not talking about your average heavies im talking 12 mill sp heavies ... i think its really dumb that CCP released this build and only gave us the one option. kinda stupid but hay why change CCP now they love to screw heavies.
