Why the hell do people enter a game and seeing numerous squads already formed with empty spots available decide "well hell I'll form another one!"
Fill up the first squads before starting a new one you idiot.
God knows you don't know how to issue orders in the first place and are never going to earn a precision strike between you and the one other idiot that joined and never had the common sense to leave.
Yea, you the idiot that joined a game and looking over the squad list decided to scroll past the first four 2-3 person squads and hop straight into squad 4 with that one other guy. |

This isn't really the player's problem, it's CCP's problem.
You should just be put into squads at the start of a match with leadership chosen at random with eligibility based on WP milestones - squad leaders and a field commander who can set different types of fragmentary orders, call in support like installations, and different strikes. |

I don't want to be in your squad if I am running solo or duo. Normally you nerds talk to much and are bad at dust. I don't want to listen to you go 4/11 and scream how everyone is a hacker. Yup true story sadly. |

People who already know each other already hook up and bothering to join up with another squad in a pub takes a tiny bit of effort.
I'd suggest joining a channel like LFSquad or whatever the Dijin(.) named one is and trying to join a squad in progress. Followed by never looking at your own team chat ever again. |

I will join a squad and listen to the squad talk a little bit to see if they sound ******** or not, if they do I join another squad and do the same thing, if I run out of squads, I make my own, If the squad sounds intelligent and aren't kids I will turn my mic on and stay with the squad. |

Hey, don't complain about 2 man squads. I was just in a game that had a two man squad.. and that was it.
Wasn't that fun
I should have just sat in the MCC and saved myself the dropsuits. Being the frontline against 16 enemies doesn't really work that well. |

I look at the squads and almost never see a microphone on the squad leader.
I don't get the concept. Am I supposed to follow the squad leader around all game no matter how stupid the guy is? Screw that. I don't want to be in any squad that doesn't have a competent person on the radio. |

Fill up the first squads before starting a new one you idiot. OK... I'm on board. Let's see where this goes...
Mike Poole wrote:God knows you don't know how to issue orders in the first place and are never going to earn a precision strike between you and the one other idiot that joined and never had the common sense to leave.
But that's WHY I don't join already formed squads (without recognizing the corp...).
Too many games where I've earned at least half a strike (or more) by myself... the squad has totaled 2+ and the leader (who never threw an order) simply doesn't bother calling in the strike.
Yeah. Now, if I see Mike Poole running a squad, at least I'll know that one isn't run by a moron. = D
As for the other 85%+ of the people in NPC corps.... not so much. |

Only reason for me creating the squad is to mark my LLAV green. |

There should be some kind of NOTICEABLE and CLEAR prompt in the Warbarge that informs players that joining into FULL squads increases the number of orbital strikes their team will have access to.
Let them go a few games getting punished by enemy orbitals, and they'll all start to form into squads eventually. |

Most people don't want an elusive shotty on their squad. They want somebody to run in a pack with them across the open field to absorb bullets. Homey don't play that. I'd rather try to get 1 Orbital by myself than run around with a bunch of pubtards (idiots) and get 2 or 3. Get in a good corp. Play with those dudes. Idiot.
