Mercenaries fighting on the earth to prevent Sansha from stealing people away. I think this is a great PvE option and potential PvP option in Low Sec also. |

I would only support this if we can also fight for Sansha's Nation.

I will only support that once a system is put in place that resembles security status in Eve to punish the players deciding to side with Sansha's Nation. |

Lol Sansha is pure evil why would you fight for him? you can fight for any faction you want but not for NPC factions.

there's many more things that need to be put into place for picking a side to be worthwhile. I'm just making it known that some people want to fight for the bad guys. |

Which is fine; I meant that picking and choosing sides needs to have benefits and consequences, otherwise it would be kind of bland. |

How about we get a working reward system for FW before we take the Incursion step?
I'm not saying that running Incursions (literally) would be a bad idea, though let's get what we already have in working order before adding in new broken content. |

totally agree. Dust doesn't need another pub match with a different name.
These incursions could be a great guise for null sec corps to make incursions into high sec for pubstomps - against willing victims, of course. people should know the risks they are running when they que an incursion fight they'll be going up against an organised and well funded enemy. the reward for just fighting should be enough to fund a newbie for a while.
Though PvE against humanoids would be great though. could just make those be pirates. something as cool as an incursion from the Nation should be PvP

Welcome to being a bittervet. If anybody says that something is happening soon you'll give up any hope for seeing it in your lifetime and you'll start using CCP's name as a swear word IRL. (<3 you anyway, CCP)
yet you'll still give CCP your money and play their games. It's an odd dynamic. |

I like the idea of a PVE where dust mercenaries defending populations from being abducted by Sansha. A district's civilian population can be evacuated to a bunker that will be assaulted by waves of mindless cyborgs. A squad of mercenaries has to defend the bunker until CONCORD reinforcement arrive to drive off Sansha's children.
Because resources will be spread thin from defending an entire planet's population from Sansha, the warbarge will have to constantly move around the planet while avoiding fire from Sansha's ships; limiting the amount of support that it can provide to defending mercs. The support provided to mercs will be from CRUs, supply depots, vehicles and turret instillations dropped in random locations within the district after X amount of waves.
Because Sansha was a weapons dealer before he was a prophet, androids will be well armed and very capable of destroying vehicles and instillations. While instillations will serve as a boon to mercs, they will have to go out of their way to defend a instillation they wish to keep; leaving the bunker more vulnerable. There could also be different cyborg types that serve different roles.
Mercs will only be allotted the clone they spawn in with at the beginning of the game. Mercs must defend deployed CRU's for access to more clones.
This PVE game mode will appeal to players who like Left 4 Dead, Call of Duty zombie games, etc. |
