And team icon is there as well, even though i have already finished many battles. Idk. Serious issues today :/ Please fix this..

Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the issue that you are experiencing with DUST 514. To try and rectify this, please can you perform the following: - Delete the game cache(you might not have this folder but if you do then please delete it): Game > Game Data Utility press triangle and delete the cache - Delete the Saved Data Utility for DUST 514: Game > Saved Data Utility (PS3)> select DUST then press Triangle on your controller and delete When you have performed these tasks, please restart your console and try again. Yes it did. You just have to reconfigure any options you changed.

Get DCs soo much.

Try deleting cache memory, Sony can guide you through the steps.
