Even though we were in a confined space and you did land most of your shots... its just a known fact even a 'Dren/Toxin' is better than a proto ASR.
Whats funny is i was even in my Caldari 'Dren' suit as well.
Serious part: I honestly dont know what the deal is with the SR's. But there is something wrong with it. Its not even a niche weapon, its basically a downgraded AR... I think it has something to do with the site, and how the game makes you aim (like poo). |

That would be the laughable amount of dispersion on the ASR that has no sharpshooter skill like SMGs and ARs do. |

I got killed by a Caldari suit using the Dren while in a confined spot in with my ASR today . . . 
Though that happens a lot so who knows
Honestly I'm loving the ASR but range is where it really lacks. It feels more like a submachine gun than an assault rifle. Also the whole heat build up is a pretty pointless mechanic with this since you need to unload one full clip, reload, then quickly start unloading near the end of your second clip before overheating. Why not make it more powerful and have it heat up faster? |

Personally I love the gun. I'll volley down AR users at close range, long range, mid range, on the driving range. That's just my take, since the longer im firing any gun the less accurate I get.
Its not OP and its not underpowered. Its a niche weapon doing well in its optimal range. |

The sight itself looks fine. How well it correlates to where you actually hit, I'm not sure.
Accuracy seems to be the biggest issue with these. I had an issue where both myself and my target weren't moving, and I had plenty of time to aim, and at center mass too. Still missed. |

You know I never understood this
Do you just have no faith in yourself as a player and expect to always lose based on gear? Did it not occur to you that you just played better than him?
This whole mind set of higher tiered gear = instant win is just so contrary to every other shooter and hell even CCP has said they dont want gear to be the end all deciding outcome but it seems to creep closer and closer to that with all the bad players complaining for adjustments |
